A: After we deliver your design to you, then you can go through the design and say what are the changes you need in your design. We will make all the changes you want free of cost within 15 days of the time period.

We always give our clients the best UI/UX design services. However, we provide the following refund policy in the event that you are not happy with our services for any reason:

  1. If you are not happy with the initial design wireframe presented to you, you may request a full refund within 3 days of receiving the wireframe.
  2. If you have approved the initial design concepts and provided feedback for revisions or asked us to start the high-fidelity design, but are still unsatisfied with the final design, you may request a partial refund of 50% of the total project cost.
  3. No refunds will be given after the final design has been approved and delivered to the client.

Please note that the above refund policy only applies to our UI/UX design services and does not apply to any additional services such as development or maintenance.
